ceramic piezoresistive pressure sensor core module CP-100
CP-100 is a piezoresistive pressure sensor using ceramic (Al2O3 96%) material as the base. The measurement bridge is directly printed on the ceramic diaphragm through thick film circuit technology, and the other side of the diaphragm directly contacts the measured medium. Due to the good chemical stability of ceramics, the sensor can be directly mounted on the housing or other accessories using the waterproof ring without additional protection. This design also allows the sensor to maintain a high degree of stability under temperature changes and overloads, ensuring high linearity over the entire sensor pressure range and minimizing pressure hysteresis. CP-100 is developed based on our years of professional experience. Its bridge layout is scientifically optimized, and it adopts high-quality imported paste printing, with fully automatic resistance adjustment by laser. It guarantees long-term stable electrical performance of the product, and is cost-effective.
