OULD 2026 Team Building Journey: Connecting Teams Across Scenic Horizons
To enrich company culture, strengthen team cohesion, and boost cross-regional collaboration, OULD organized a special autumn team-building trip for both our Shenzhen Headquarters and Beihai Branch. Embracing the spirit of togetherness, our teams set out to explore some of China’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Shenzhen Headquarters: Immersed in the Picturesque Landscapes of Chenzhou
The Shenzhen team journeyed north to Chenzhou, Hunan Province, embarking on a memorable tour through natural wonders and cultural heritage:
- Gaoyiling Ridge: Explored the surreal beauty and dramatic cliffs of the iconic Danxia landforms.
- Dongjiang Lake: Admired the famous misty waters of Xiaodongjiang, soaking in the serene and poetic morning views.
- Wayaoping Ancient Town: Walked along historic streets to experience the rich cultural depth and local history.
- Yangtian Lake Grassland: Unwound amidst rolling alpine meadows and majestic wind turbines, releasing work stress while fostering teamwork and trust.
Beihai Branch: Experiencing the Magnificent Waterfalls and Caves of Guiyang
Meanwhile, the Beihai Branch team headed west to Guiyang, Guizhou Province, immersing themselves in the raw power and beauty of nature:
- Huangguoshu Waterfall: Stood in awe before Asia’s premier roaring waterfall, feeling the immense energy and majestic presence of nature.
- Tianhetan Scenic Area: Explored the spectacular karst caves, clear streams, and dramatic valleys, demonstrating OULD’s core values—resilience, curiosity, and team unity.
Recharged and Ready for the Next Chapter
Stepping away from busy daily routines allowed our employees to draw inspiration from nature and deepen interpersonal bonds with one another. Recharged and re-energized, the entire team at OULD is now back at base, ready to tackle new challenges with high morale and pave the way for our next successful chapter together!
